Return & Refund Policy

Return Conditions
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Products that show signs of use, damage, or modification may not be eligible for a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at support@tactileatelier.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest processing time.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
