Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within North America. For orders under $75, a flat rate of $7.95 applies. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Delivery Times
Standard shipping: 5-10 business days (North America), 10-20 business days (International). Express shipping: 2-4 business days (additional charges apply). Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
International Shipping
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our Track Order page or directly through the courier's website.
